Kittens are placed with contracts.

We do not sell to pet shops or to anyone for re-sell.

We reserve the right of refusal for the sale of any cat or kitten at any time.

Spoken For: I have a serious buyer interested in the kitten, but no deposit has been paid at this time.

If other buyer express interest in the same kitten, I retain the right to proceed with a sale.

Sale Pending: Deposit paid on kitten. This kitten will be held for the buyer, until the full payment is due.

Sold: The kitten is paid for and is either shipped or to be shipped shortly.

Only a DEPOSIT holds a kitten for you.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
